Jessie J
Jessica Ellen Cornish (also known as Jessie J) is an English music producer and a singer. Jessie gained fame early for her unusual music style that blends soul and pop, hip-hop, and electropop. Her awards include the 2011 Critics' Choice Brit Award as well as BBC's Sound of 2011 as well being nominated for numerous awards. Jessie began her professional career in the age of 11when she got part of the musical "Whistle Down the Wind' by English composer Andrew Lloyd Webber. She was in 2002 when she was cast for"The Last Sleepers," the "National Youth Music Theater" production of "The Late Sleepers." 2011 was the year she was famous by releasing her debut album "Who You Are'. It was an instant success. Within the first few days the album was sold out to 105,000 people in the UK and 34,000 in the US. Jessie's album was also 2nd place on the Charts of UK Albums, as well as number 11 in the US Billboard 200.
