Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd started her combat sports training at the age of 14. She trained in boxing kickboxing wrestling, and BJJ. She made her amateur debut at age 18 at WCFC against Jaimee Nievera. Ladd continued to build on her win in Ultimate Reno Combat, where she fought three times in a row. She knocked out all her opponents in the first round. She then went back to WCFC and defeated Leslie Rodriguez via unanimous decision. Aspen beat Silvia B beghian and Maddy Simmons prior to facing Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia defeated Aspen with a majority vote. It left a blemish on Ladd's amateur record. Ladd defeated Roma Pawelek on Tuff n' Uff and improved her record for amateurs to 8-1. Aspen was a professional when she entered the ranks in 2015. She signed up with Invicta FC and made her debut. Invicta Fc 11 was her first fight. She dominated Ana Carolina Vidal and won the the first round via TKO. Invicta Combat Championships 16, She won the next match in the fight against Amanda Cooper through a second-round submission by armbar. Aspen employed her impressive wrestling skills to take down McGill and ended her via the third round TKO(elbows and punches). Aspen was then able to face Jessica Hoy for Invicta FC18 at a catchweight at 138.1lb. Ladd was not in a position to make it, however, Aspen was victorious and defeated Hoy by TKO. Invicta FC21 was her last match with the company. Invicta FC21, she defeated Sijara Banks in a unanimous decision. Aspen Ladd was the first UFC fighter to make her debut. She fought Linalansberg at UFC Fight Night 118. She was a step ahead of Lina with her ground and pound tactics which resulted in a TKO 2nd round win. She maintained her dominance and picked up an even bigger victory against Tonya Avinger in UFC 229 with her next bout. Ladd defeated Evinger in the very first round and received a bonus for her performance on the night. Invicta FC fighter Sijara Eugenes in a UFC Fight Night dos Anjos-Lee rematch with Sijara's Eubanks, was her first fight that she had in any major capacity. The two fighters put on a back-and-forth encounter that ended with Ladd taking a unanimous win and both fighters received an award known as the Fight of the Night bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie ended Ladd's winning streak with just 16 seconds. in the 3rd round on UFC in ESPN 7, she defeated Yana Kunitskaya. She fought Norma Dumont as a substitute during her final fight against the UFC in UFC Fight Night 195. It was a unanimous decision in her favor.
